Bhubaneswar development body to adjust application fee with flat cost

The Bhubaneswar Development Authority has updated its fee structure for the Ekamra Residency project. Applicants who are approved will have their Rs 10,000 fee deducted from the total flat price. Those who do not qualify will receive a complete refund of their earnest deposit and application fee. Additional benefits include GST exemptions and lower stamp duty rates. Applications are now open for this housing initiative at Subudhipur.
