Noida Sports City: Revised master plan approved, four projects get conditional OCs

The Noida Authority has green-lighted an updated master plan for the Sports City initiative in Sector 150, following board meetings on January 3 and April 6. A public notice prompted community feedback. The plan dedicates 70% for sports and recreation, while 29.5% addresses residential needs. Additionally, four projects have secured conditional occupancy certificates after clearing dues, with the Supreme Court reviewing compliance and safeguarding homebuyers' rights.
