Our services are offered through the website, mobile applications and related products operated by Rooftr Technologies Private Limited.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Rooftr. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Rooftr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform to post false, misleading, or unlawful content or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the Platform or its users.
Automated scraping, spamming, impersonation and attempts to bypass security controls are strictly prohibited.
Listings & Content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of all content, listings, and information you post. Rooftr reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
By posting content on the Platform you grant Rooftr a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content for Platform operations.
Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features on Rooftr require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing and subscription plans at any time with prior notice.
Applicable taxes may be added to the listed prices. Subscription renewals are charged automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on Rooftr are the property of Rooftr or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.
Feedback and suggestions you share with us may be used to improve the Platform without any obligation to you.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Rooftr acts as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the outcome of any transaction. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Rooftr at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we believe is harmful to the Platform or other users.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith discussions.
